- Bachelor of Computer Application is a Three Year Degree Course divided into six semesters.
- Academic session is divided into two semesters viz., the first semester and second semester etc.
- Each semester shall consist of (as per U.G.C. norms) 90 working days.
- Each semester except the last (sixth), shall have courses besides practicals, seminars, tutorial and group discussions.
- For internal assessment for each course, there shall be 3 periodical tests during semester concerned, the time allowed for each test shall be 45 minutes and the interval between any two consecutive tests in the same course shall not be less than 10 days.
- The periodical tests shall be conducted by the teacher concerned during the semester concern- ed and answer books shall be shown to the examinee.
- If the candidate fails to take a test due to authorized medical ground or demise of any parent, institute may reconduct the Particular test for that candidate.
- At the end of each semester, there shall be a term examination of 3 hours duration for each course and same shall carry 50 marks.
- There shall be a practical examination at the end of each term carrying 200 marks. Prior to the commencement of each term examination there shall be preparation leave not less than 7 days and not more than 10 days.
- The term examinations laid down in Ordinance preceding shall be 50% internal and 50% external.
- After the answer books of the term examination examined, the teacher teaching the course concer- ned allow the students to see the answer books for a week from the date of the receipt of the answer books.
- Thereafter the answer books will be deposited in the University.
